Atta boy Jony!

Screw longer battery life, making the phone less slippery, using a less pliable material for the body of the phone, and giving iOS a major facelift other than simply adding another row of apps.

Don't be distracted Jony by all the noise.

If you tell us we need an even thinner device with glasses-free 3D, just build it and we will come! ;)

Agreed. Do the right thing and ignore the noise.:D

This is pretty weird. 3D pretty much flopped I thought, because it turns out most people don't really care about it as far as I know.

I wouldn't mind this being a supplementary feature, but this would be terrible if it were one of the big marketing points of the new phone. They need to focus on a stronger chassis, more RAM, and a better battery for the new model and everything else should be secondary.

That sounds really boring.

I'd like to see them go all out on 3D. Not just in the interface, but with front and rear cameras able to capture 3D images and movies. Something to rival Project Tango. And FaceTime 3D video chat.

3D technology came a long way from couple years ago.

I became friend with a taiwanese guy who works at a 3D company that manufactures the device and develops software.

i was literally amazed with the 3D performance, its MUCH better and it pops up like crazy.

battery shouldn't be an issue and it only turns on when you use 3D apps or view 3D images/ videos

I don't think they released it, so i saw something that the public know nothing about.

The technology is there, i can't see why apple won't pursue it.

MacRumors should bring back "Page 2"-rumors. It would have about 10x more articles on iPhone-related rumors than the front page.

I think that unless Apple can show how 3D can enhance the day to experience of using the iPhone, then it will not happen. Apple doesn't include features for the sake of looking good on a spec sheet. They want each thing they include to be in service of the user (at the risk of sounding like Jonny Ive). Steve Jobs quote that sums up what I love so much about Apple "I am just as proud of the things we didn't do as I am of the things we did"

Just like how apple showed us why we need to wear a watch that's wireless attached to our phone all the time? Oh right. To draw little pictures and send your heartbeat (for whatever reason) to someone. Ugh...I think it's time to stop being hyped for stuff

THan'k post

Your information is very good. According to a report published today, the iPhone 6s. The next version of the iPhone will have a 3D display that users do not need to wear glasses more. It is expected this will be a popular feature on the iPhone version 6s that Apple will spend to promote the market.!

I'm trying hard to think of the benefits of having 3D tech on my iPhone and none come to mind.

I have one... The next Apple Keynote:

"we've decided to take the iPhone you all know and love and have made it 23% thinner by removing the protective glass from the screens.... also we don't cover any display damage on the iPhone 7, please spend £40 for an apple case."

They still have a lot of issues to fix with the 6 such as the RAM issue and the structural integrity of the model. But yes, eventually, they should try for some more features like that.

Historically, the S line doesn't lend itself to huge upgrades, so I dunno, I guess something about this 3D thing could be akin to the Touch ID add of the 5s.

This so doesn't pass the "sniff test" that I don't want it anywhere near my face. Smells like the rear end of a bull.
