If that's the same carpet as before then the size of the strands suggests this is true.

I certainly hope so...that much larger than a 6 Plus would make it just too big

The pictures from last night definitely were, but this just leaked an hour ago. It could be fake, though. Someone could have taken a screenshot on the 6+ and displayed it on the 6.
