Sudden death is so much better, it would be better in college also.
The college over time rules are god awful. I like what the NFL is trying. It will add a new element to the game. First possession kick a field goal the game goes on, a touchdown the game ends.

^^^ I agree ... I like the new rule ... I just question why start it now and not during the regular season first

I'm not sure if I'm for it or against it, but I agree with you. The playoffs are never a good time to try a new rule. Not every coach would be in a regular season OT game, but at least it would be on film and we'd see how a few OT games played out.

we're about to lose to the seachickens...there's going to be some rule changes next season about sub-.500 teams hosting playoff games. what a joke.

This is not gonna bring any rule changes ... It actually helps keep the rules the way they are.

Seahawks just proved ... system works fine ... bring your A game next time you play a playoff game.

Hey the Seahawks won their division, the Saints didn't. Deal with it. Since their has never been a sub .500 team win their division before I don't expect to see any rule changes.
