Don't know if it's the same in the US but across the pond, you can only purchase some of the Nike bands. The darker grey one is not available for separate purchase. I think only 3 of the 5 or 6 are available separately. Not sure why they did that. Maybe the darker grey version, for example, came out later? Could by why it wasn't included in the sale.
Hmm, the perforated bands in general are available separately, but it depends on what color you want. And, actually, they've had a number of colors (the "VaporMax" series with light/dark violet and light/dark blue) that were only available separately. But when the Nike version of the Apple Watch first came out, there were people selling off their current Apple Watch and buying the Nike version, just to get one of the bands-with-holes, those were quite a hot property for a while. What I was trying to get across is that that's not such a big deal now, since many are available separately.

Actually, looking at the (US) online store now, they show 7 Nike bands, all listed for separate (w/o watch) sale:
  1. Light Violet/White (faint purple)
  2. Violet Dust/Plum Fog (very purple)
  3. Blue Orbit/Gamma Blue (bright blue)
  4. Obsidian/Black (very dark blue)
  5. Black/Volt
  6. Anthracite/Black (dark gray, and also available with Space Gray watch)
  7. Pure Platinum/White (also available with Silver Aluminum watch)
You can (only) buy with Nike-edition watch with either of the last two bands included, and the first 3 colors are sold out possibly forever (site note: I DID NOT NEED TO KNOW that the Obsidian/Black one, aka the very dark blue Nike band, is in stock at my local Apple Store, thankyouverymuch), but I don't currently see any Nike bands that are only available with the watch (there was a cream/black one but that was a very limited edition, apparently long gone). Moreover, I don't think the limited edition colors (the first 4) were ever bundled with a watch.
