Does anyone know what happens if you miss one day of your training plan?
Will the day be rescheduled to the next day or does the plan continue as scheduled and the missed day is simply gone?

You can move the schedule around within the week. However, if you don't get to a training run during the week, then it's gone. You can also do a regular run, then assign it later to a training run.
