As of 12pm there are a few select models available in quite a few stores across the country. There are no iPhone 7+ available, and no JB or black 7's. The models that seems to be more readily available at many stores are:
Silver (7) 128GB, 256GB
Gold (7) 128GB
Rose Gold (7) 128GB, 256GB
Rose Gold seems to be the most plentiful.

If you look at the page on Apple site, it says 6am daily, which should account for any reservations not picked up the day before, along with any deliveries.

Chatted to someone in a store in Bristol, reserved handsets are kept for 3 hours after the reservation, but there's a constant stream of people popping in so they're generally not making it back to the site. The days delivery and any unsold go back online at 6am.
Decided it's not worth waiting for jet black as it'll be in a case 95% of the time anyway. Just reserved a 128GB Black iPhone 7 for pickup today at Bluewater this afternoon!
Good choice. Jet Black was never gonna be an option for me, I don't understand Apple's obsession with putting these glossy surfaces that just collect dust, fingerprints and scratches incredibly easily on all their devices. It just makes them age quicker, I don't know why Apple would want that.
I've been trying desperately to get my hands on the iPhone 7 Plus in matt black, but since waking up early 2 days in a row and seeing none of what I want, I just decided to reserve a 128GB iPhone 7 in matt black as I wasn't sure how much longer this is going to happen. Not sure if I'll like the smaller size, but I think I'll be okay with it after a while.
Just got to be patient. It's like the watch launch. The model you want will be more available in the next couple of weeks.
Yea, I quickly decided against Jet Black the day before launch. Waiting for a matte black plus in 128Gb in Reading.
Waiting for a Black in Reading or Basingstoke too (7plus); to be honest its which ever black I can get my hands on at this point. So frustrating waking up every morning to see no stock going live at all of black pluses anywhere in the country.
I couldn't check this morning but I went to John Lewis yesterday and got told they won't get any more pluses for 3 weeks

Now I've read/watched some reviews for the iPhone 7, and The Verge had a live QA session, in which Nilay shows that the antenna lines on the Matte Black got shinier only after having it in/out of his pockets for a couple of days. As it's plastic black, so it a bit weird.
That is the only reason I'm holding back from the matte black. Can anyone else confirm that this is the case? Or will we see more of this once people have used it for a few weeks or months
