It actually looks pretty cool. Off white (mostly white) in the light, and then glows in the dark.
Alright MacRumors... They shipped it really fast and it's already here.
I paid too much for it, but I like it. My original velcro Apple Watch band doesn't stick as well any more and I have been looking for a replacement. The rubbery Apple ones look bad/doesn't fit my style so I sent them back. Seems to be quality made.
I have an AW SE gen1. The edges of the connectors stick out a little bit and could have a slightly tighter fit, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Congratulations! It looks very nice. Wonder how it's going to look at night when it starts glowing.

It doesn’t take much light to get it to glow. Sunlight works best obviously for making it glow quickly. Very strong glow but downside is that it only seems to last for a few minutes before it‘s just dim glow.

I did. Went with the novelty impulse buy. Very “meh”. I would say the article’s comment “though the glow is a bit more subtle than depicted in Nomad's photos” is an understatement, to say the least. If the watch face is on, it is enough to wash out any visibility of the band, even in the darkest of rooms. I let it sit in full sunlight for the entire day before putting it on and trying it. Not a bad looking band in and of itself and definitely offers a different look for those who just want a little variety - but it’s a conversation piece at best.
If the band is in direct sunlight, it will probably absorb as much energy as it can in about 1 minute. Leaving it all day in the sun won't make it glow any longer than just a minute or two.
If either yourself or Daedalus65 want to resell i’d be happy to take it off your or anyone else who wants to’s hands!
I love the idea, FattiesGoneWild, but since the glow dims after a few minutes it seems kind of a gimmick. I’d rather someone make a band that has a built in bendable screen, now that would be cool.
I’m still using mine as the band on my primary watch and am liking it more with time than my initial impression. (expectation management). I do like the stone white and it is a solid band design - I like the single wider “slot” over the “pin” through the center hole design.
