I use the griffin sketch but i prefer it naked or at least with a bumper. I have been thinking of exchanging my unopened speck pixelskin hd from the free case program for a bumper. Would they let me do that at an apple store?

My iPhone has been covered in a case and invisible shield since day one. I switched to an orange bumper for Halloween, which has been pissing me off because it doesn't let me use my car cable without first removing the bumper. Don't you know, in the short walk from my car to my front door, the phone falls and gets a huge gouge in the upper left corner. Just my luck. **** the Halloween bumper, I'm just using my old cherry blossoms case with an open bottom.

I did the same thing!
I had the snap case that I gave to my girlfriend about a week ago and I love using my phone without a case. It feels so much better in my hand. I still have the clear snap case around somewhere, but it kinda takes away from the iPhone experience. I figured, since I'm probably gonna get a new iPhone next year anyway, I might as well enjoy this one now.

wrong TS!!! a beautiful naked woman beats a naked iPhone 4 anyday:D:cool:;)
Especially since you won't lose reception if you hold her...;)

I luved it until my roomate dropped his last night with a switheasy nude!! He was pissed...... 10 minutes later I had my griffin reveal back on mine.. :D

Haha I have an Otterbox Defender... I'm a little OCD. I was sold after I watched a Youtube video of a guy dropping his iPhone 4 off a building onto concrete and it was fine, but hey, to each his own!:D

Never dropped a single phone in my life, so I always keep em naked. Powersupport films on the front and back, but that's it. I think ANY case ruins the look of the ip4.

I like my phone naked too. I hate cases and screen protectors, but I figured I'd better put something on it so I put a griffen bumper on it (phone thong) thats about the most I'm willing to cover my phone. Well not paying attention the other day I went to put my phone in my inside suit pocket and missed and right to the drive way concrete it went. All is good but I surely would have a ding on the corner of my phone where the permanent scuff mark is on my bumper.

Was using the incase snap case for about two months. I think it's the best case on the market, but wow, using it without is 100 times better.

Gave the case to a friend. Slim phone for the win. :p

Do you use a case?
Your call I guess. But going bareback is about like, well, going bareback.

oh yea so foolish

Cases damage your phone more then without them.
Funniest post of the day. Bar none.

PS: I dropped my iphone4 in an ifrogz case. About 18 inches. It shattered. That was in a cheapo case. Now I use an otterbox.

pps: I've been using a smart phone since 2002. I've dropped a few over the years. NEVER had one get damaged. Until my iphone4.

Was bumper since new but last week took it off- with bumper on it us just any phone- with off it is artwork. Just love it bare and need to be careful....

1 fall and your iPhone 4 will turn into iPhone glitter.

I have the Griffin Reveal Etch which keeps my phone slim anyway.

My Apple bumper has actually scratched the metal around the silence switch and the power button, so I'm thinking about going naked again ... plus I miss how slim it felt without the bumper.

I am one of those scared folk using a case. I know that it's very scratch resilient and all but I don't want to take the chance. One day I'll take the case off and have an amazing moment :). That day wont be for a while though me thinks.

i take my ip4 out of my pixelskin hd every once in a while to clean it and make sure theres no dust build up. and every time i do, i forget how thin the iphone actually is. gets me every time

Id risk having my phone fall and shatter into a million pieces of glass then use those shards to give myself a colon exam than wear a case

its just that good

i had a dream i dropped mine on concrete with a incase on and it hit a stone and the iPhone cracked in half, into 2... i was nearly in tears but sooo happy when i woke up

Well....I love the iPhone 4 without case.....however, I leave it on. The best option to be naked and safe at the same time.....use the invisible shield.

Also, just because the phone is in a protector...doesn't protect the phone from getting shattered. Sometimes, the impact of the phone hitting the floor will cause the shattered glass. Protectors are there to soften the fall and protect against scratches. I kind of like the idea of a socky type pouch for it. Where do they sell it?

I'm just rambling and tired........hope I made sense:D

I was the same way. I used my free clear Belkin case for a few months after I got it and when I took it off it was like I reinvented the iPhone again because of how much better it looked.

I keep it off and still haven't dropped it (*knocks on wood*), and it makes the phone all the better.

it's gonna be funny if you woke up and got up, the iphone besides you slipped out and hit the floor and cracked. LOL Just kidding.

anyway, yesterday my iphone flew from my lap when i got out of car. lucky me, it dropped inside the car where the car's carpet is there.
