Developers really sold themselves off short with only a 100 million dollar payout.

I mean come on, the highest earning tier at $1,000,000 a payout of $30,000 (3%).
The payouts are only really benefiting that 1 cent to 100 dollar tier.
If this new steering rule squashes the 30% Apple Tax fight, Apple will be laughing their way to the bank

This is how class action settlements work. The law firm who brought the suit gets rich (they have asked for 30M), the defendant gets rid of a litigation risk and the class gets a token amount.

I was a child. When you're used to a small allowance and have no bills, any money seems like a good deal. When you have a job and realize that you're worth a lot more, and when you have bills and need a lot more to survive, you start to realize that you're on the raw end of a deal.

This is why child labor is illegal - they don't know what they're worth and will accept far less than they should.
