Another guy I got contact with on FB had the same issue. They removed our comments about the issue on their official FB page.. I have contacted them but their support hasn’t responded within a week. The other guy got a replacement but the issue persisted. Smells like a design issue.. shame how they handle their customers.

I have the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the case is outstanding and slim but feels secure enough to protect my phone. I love the yellow color. I have noticed however they don't seem to answer questions on their social media handles. They might be understaffed is my only assumption.

To be fair to Nudient, the green v3 case for my iPhone 12 Pro doesn't have the charging issue. Yet the blue v3 for my 12 Mini does. That is so upsetting. I was going to order a case from them for my 12 PM, but I guess I won’t anymore. I already have an apple leather case coming in today anyways.Received the replacement blue v3 case for my 12 Mini this morning and surprise surprise it has the same charging port issue. So there's clearly a design fault for the 12 Mini cases, at least in blue. So much for the "world's most precise thin case"lol

Anyway I'm going to email these photos to Nudient but I'm not expecting them to admit there's a major issue with their blue v3 12 Mini cases. They'll just parrot out the standard reply: "please follow the instructions on how to install our v3 case" rather than be honest and acknowledge they have a design problem and look to fix this ASAP. I'll post back what they reply but I don't have much hope.

How disappointing! Can you get a refund? What was your payment method? If PayPal, should be relatively straightforward you would hope? For Nudient to suggest their customers 'sand down' the manufacturer's supplied charging cable tells us what we need to know about them as a company.So they're blaming the Apple cable design rather than their own design...what a bunch of numpties.
You are entitled to it, especially given this on their site:Nope, no refund offered. I will ask them but not hopeful that they will offer me one.

Did your black & pink cases for the 12 Mini arrive yet? If so, really interested to hear if you're getting the same charging port issue. Hopefully not! Then at least it gives me hope that my replacement Sangria Red will be fine.
