I have the same issue with a v3 iPhone 12 Pro case in Sangria Red. Another guy I got contact with on FB had the same issue. They removed our comments about the issue on their official FB page.. I have contacted them but their support hasn’t responded within a week. The other guy got a replacement but the issue persisted. Smells like a design issue.. shame how they handle their customers.

Avoid their cases!
Their site states the following, is there a clear returns process described in the delivery note?

FWIW, I have a Quadlock on my 12 Pro Max and am unable to charge wirelessly through it. I've been using Quadlock since iPhone 6, and wirelessly charging since Apple made it available. Quadlock confirmed the thickness of their case is unchanged, but they have gotten comments regarding the entire iPhone 12 lineup. Either the function of MagSafe is causing issues (maybe a different threshold to allow charging to take place?) or the implementation of MagSafe (forcing the coil to be designed differently or maybe further away from the back plane of the case?) seems to have caused issues across a wide variety of cases and chargers. My wife has a different brand case (similar to Otterbox but I forget the brand) and same story, always used them no issue, but no wireless charging now on the 12 Pro Max. I think this is a larger Apple iPhone 12 problem.

It's not a fair representation if they delete the comments of their dissatisfied customers!

I love the yellow color. I have noticed however they don't seem to answer questions on their social media handles. They might be understaffed is my only assumption.

To be fair to Nudient, the green v3 case for my iPhone 12 Pro doesn't have the charging issue. Yet the blue v3 for my 12 Mini does. So it seems to be hit and miss.
 
My black one just shipped and should be here Monday. True to what they said in that there was a delay in getting a restock and it would ship at the end of the week. So far so good then.
let’s just hope this restock fixes the 12 mini charging issue 🤞🏼
 
The Nudient Customer Service show continues.

One email states their iPhone 12 Mini case weights 25g. Another email arrives (a week after) stating it weights 20g.

How can their own staff not know...
 
Received the replacement blue v3 case for my 12 Mini this morning and surprise surprise it has the same charging port issue. So there's clearly a design fault for the 12 Mini cases, at least in blue. So much for the "world's most precise thin case"lol

Anyway I'm going to email these photos to Nudient but I'm not expecting them to admit there's a major issue with their blue v3 12 Mini cases. They'll just parrot out the standard reply: "please follow the instructions on how to install our v3 case" rather than be honest and acknowledge they have a design problem and look to fix this ASAP. I'll post back what they reply but I don't have much hope.

That is so upsetting. I was going to order a case from them for my 12 PM, but I guess I won’t anymore. I already have an apple leather case coming in today anyways.

& yeah, clearly not the “world’s most precise thin case” by any means lol.

How disappointing! Can you get a refund? What was your payment method? If PayPal, should be relatively straightforward you would hope? Look forward to hearing what they say about this...

FYI - I ordered 2 Mini cases from them, 1 Black, 1 Pink, they are due to arrive this week, so we'll know if the issue is colour dependant or across all Mini cases.

Just received the following reply from Nudient support:

Thank for your E-mail.

I have the following feedback from a customer received on how he solved the issue.

I think I’ve resolved the issue. I’ve noticed that the latest official iPhone charging cable design has changed slightly. The width is slightly thicker which is restricting the connection fully inserting into the phone. Just to let you know, I resolved the issue by sanding the white edge back on my charging cable, which now allows the connection to fully insert.

Please let me know if that works for you as well.

So they're blaming the Apple cable design rather than their own design...what a bunch of numpties.

However I will keep both blue 12 Mini cases and just use a different (Anker) usb-c to lighting cable rather than the official Apple one - its only the Apple one which doesn't fit properply. Other than the charging issue, the case is superb (very slim and great to touch).

Yes, please do let me know how you find the black and pink versions of the 12 Mini cases.

For Nudient to suggest their customers 'sand down' the manufacturer's supplied charging cable tells us what we need to know about them as a company.

Did they even offer a refund to you?

When seeing the issue, are you using the older Apple USB-A to Lightening cable or the newly supplied USB-C to Lightening cable? If it's the latter, do you see the same issue when using the former?

My case was meant to arrive Monday but it looks like it’s flip flopping between Sweden and the US at this point 😂
I was hoping maybe this “new batch” had the fixed charging port but clearly not given the email exchange shared above. It’s also very disappointing they’re responding that way since they clearly got the size of the port right on the other case models...

Nope, no refund offered. I will ask them but not hopeful that they will offer me one.

Charging issue is only with the official Apple USB-C to lighting cable, one which came bundled with my iPhone 12 Mini. Doesn't happen with the Apple USB-A to lighting cable or a third party (Anker) USB-C to lighting cable.

So Nudient have posted me ANOTHER replacement v3 case for my 12 Mini free of charge. The fact that they have done this quickly without much fuss means they have finally accepted that there is a charging port issue with some/all of their v3 cases for the 12 Mini.

I was told they are out of stock for the blue, so have chosen Sangria Red. Let's hope this one is different!

Ordered 18th Nov. Still no sign, on 29th Nov.
In fairness the delay seems to be with Royal Mail who seemed to receive it on 25th Nov.
