Both cases for the 12 Mini, Ink Black and Sangria Pink, arrived today, 12 days after the order date.

Can confirm 100% the issue is present on both cases; the Lightening connector cannot enter the phone's port fully, the case design/material gets in the way.

Going to seek a refund, this isn't good enough for "world's most precise thin case".
That said, have they now removed this claim from their website...?

Wow that is awful. Yeah, I dont see that claim on their website anymore lol.
They still claim it’s ‘so precise’ though lol.

Got my case yesterday + the magnetic wallet. Wallet felt super cheap and like hard cardboard.
12 mini Case also had the charging port problem.
Asked for a full refund which - to be fair - they issued super quickly (now let's see if they actually did - ill be monitoring my bank account).

What's REALLY strange is that they asked me to simply scratch off my name and write "return to sender" on the package and drop it in a USPS mailbox (even though it was shipped UPS). I have a feeling they'll never receive it which I told them but they insisted. Oh well.

Oh man, that is so sickening. They've clearly messed up the case design for the 12 Mini across the WHOLE range of colours so I'm 100% expecting my 3rd replacement Sangria Red to have the same issues.

Why they are sending you replacements cases (3rd!), when they know all cases for 12 mini have issues? Makes no sense.

So they ignored my request for a refund....

Instead, despite knowing their products clearly have issues, they are suggesting the case is not installed correctly?!
hen in the following sentences suggest:

  • Suggest the case works just fine with the previous Apple cable and to use that instead
  • That a non-defect version will be available 7th December.

What a contradictory email:

  • Their recommendation of 'dropping into a post box' means the return is not tracked
  • Their recommendation of 'dropping into a post box' means no receipt. Yet they are asking for a receipt.
  • Their recommendation of 'standard way of shipping (using 10 EUR/GBP)' doesn't make sense given their recommendation of 'dropping into a post box'

Has anyone had success with a return?

Fear they will simply state the return never arrived.

They asked me to do the same thing. I simply scratched off my name, wrote return to sender, then took a photo of the package. I then dropped it off in a USPS mailbox per their instruction (pretty sure they'll never get it back since they shipped it to me UPS).

From there, I let them know I dropped it off and attached the photo then I got this email the next day:

I have no problem with the case on my iPhone mini. It fits almost perfectly and the charging cable is not blocked or anything.
It is the green case and it looks amazing - feels a little soft and grippy. Much better than any case I've had.

Are these cases as thin as the Peel cases? How do they compare? I like the “soft and grippy” part.

They finally made a cheerful promise to refund when I sent an email through the PayPal Resolution Center.

Edit 01/2021: Nudient failed to deliver their promised refund. I had to escalate to a claim with PayPal, which has settled the case in my favor.

Sorry to resurrect this old thread but has anyone found an alternative to Nudient cases? I really love the look and the colours, but it sounds like they might not be the best company.
