lol, getting in a tizzy over an erroneous conclusion?

try reading the post again, and you'll see i didn't just return 8 fully functioning, pristine machines.

i'm guessing, tho, that you're probably just trolling; most apple chappies are undoubtedly easy bait.

The conclusion wasn't erroneous. Sounds like it was you who was trolling the Apple stores. A tink phenonmenon around the left of the track pad? Give me a break. Definite timewaster.

My favorite is when you posted this

Well, after yet another malfunction of a PC something finally snapped within me and the next morning I went to the Apple store and purchased a MacBook Pro 15" which I have to say is a pure joy to use. I can finally listen to music at high volume without the hard drive going crazy and the music skipping, or watch a DVD with no pixellation or, again, the sound skipping.

Then you posted this
I just returned the one I got on friday because music would skip while i played it on VLC at full blast

Please do us all a favour. Just return the computer once and for all and get your money back (I am sure you will make up something) and go back to Windows.

PC World let me walk out with an identical laptop within minutes after my old Packard Bell developed a faulty backlight ;)

PC World? wow. They are the sort of company who are usually extremely reluctant to give exchanges. I've had so many bad experiences with places like PC World, so I just buy direct from manufacturer these days..
