I just got an email from apple saying my iphone has shipped for delivery on the 29th, but when I click on the ups tracking number it shows delivery on the 9/25. Also now my support profile shows the iphone 6

Thats the same as mine.. Unluckily we were not able to be put on the 635pm flight out of China so they pulled up back to the waiting dock it appears and rescanned our phone as arriving again at 7:10 pm until the next available flight is due to go out. This will probably affect us by being 1 day later than everyone else leaving on the 6:35pm flight. A bit unlucky for us but at least it has shipped.. Whats one more day.
Where did you get this info or is it speculation?
UPS still says mine is delayed because the selected service is not available to my destination address. Why would Apple select a service not available for me?

Got my shipping email alert... And the status on Apple.com also changed to shipped... But it says "shipped on 9/20"... I wonder why...? Maybe it's already past midnight in china when they updated and sent the email...

Ordered a 64 GB 6 Plus on AT&T, still "preparing for shipment" and nothing showing up on UPS tracking. So much fun.

some good news for you guys. we have the same status however i'm on delivery on 22nd. NYC
so you ight see your delivery date change in the future to show monday

I love you, I was going crazy my status was still preparing for shipment.
my mind is at ease now. And I got early delivery too. Should I be worried though it's only 0.50 KG? Might it be my case? It's still processing.Edit: Looks like mostly everyone's package is 0.50 KG so I should be ok.

Anyone with the following UPS Status know the flight info for our orders? Don't see it on flightaware:

Check the 'Shipped By' section on the right side of the UPS page. I think those with 'UPS Worldwide Expedited' have their deliveries scheduled for the 25th, and those with 'UPS Worldwide Express Saver' are getting them earlier. I personally have 'Expedited' and am getting it Thursday.
NOW: My Apple Order status still shows 'Preparing' but I got a UPS MyChoice notification that It was ready for pickup in China this morning and now it's been scanned at their location there. Originally they said delivery 9/24 now it's changed to 9/23. I am close to Louisville if that's where it's going. But I don't know that it's left China yet.
The UPS notice came by txt about 10:30 am est- thanks MyChoice! (easy and free to sign up for).
