Dhl still operates at states but mostly to business customers. I always received my dhl parcels on time.

DHL was purchased by UPS two years ago.

All joking aside, if Apple forgot the proper papers for export, you can't really blame UPS for holding the shipment. It wasn't going to clear customs anyhow, and UPS would be fined by the state department and/or census bureau for importing an improperly cleared shipment.

The most reliable shipping company I have ever used is Dhl.. I don't know why it is out of business in states..

Bought a watch 11 days ago. Being shipped via DHL, coming from Germany. Just checked tracking...it just arrived to US soil today, still sits at custom. That's 10 days. Tracking is unclear, nothing specific. Im not even sure when i will receive it....arghhhhhhhh!!!!!!

I got my package from uk really fast dhl.. Shipped on Friday.. Received on Monday morning.. I am surprised to see that your package stayed with dhl for 10 days..

thats why i don't use dhl at all they did it to me many many times. however they r very good at shipping oversized goods.

i always use fedex they are fast and reliable but this time they screwed big time with me. i have already initiated a money back claim as we have the right if they don't meet their delivery time and for me it was yesterday at 1pm.

Right now like I said several hours ago. UPS planes leave ZhengZhou at 4:45 pm on weekdays.

Yup, updated right now. If it follows the default pattern it should land in Incheon, South Korea in several hours, chill for a couple hours waiting for a new crew, and then fly to Anchorage, then be in Louisville, KY in about 17 hours from now.

I wish I knew what to tell the Shanghai people, but I have no idea why UPS decided to route some of them there.

By the way, I was showing Thursday until this last update, and now "Scheduled delivery information is not available at this time. Please check back later."

I can't speak for your area, but my knowledge of UPS's air and ground routes puts delivery for my phone at Wednesday, a day early. Should hit Louisville at around 1 am, go to Columbus early Tuesday morning, hop on a trailer to my local center Tuesday evening, and arrive for delivery Wednesday morning at the latest.

Where are you located? Seattle, here, and now the 24th delivery - same plane as you.

The first departure was leaving the factory, and the second was presumably leaving the dock. I would assume your phone will make service on Tuesday. Check your tracking in 3 hours and it's probably hitting the US.

My status just changed to below. Looks like it left Shanghai 30 minutes ago.
