Here's an example from last year's "Stuck in ZhengZhou" thread, which is how I was able to predict a 4:45 pm departure ahead of time.

As I reviewed the thread from last year, I noticed that UPS shipped phones that arrived on launch day differently than those that arrived the week after. Any phone delivered last Friday is a special circumstance. I assume UPS did things differently to alleviate stress from ZhengZhou.

Did they give you expedited or express saver shipping? I assume it's express saver, because expedited will be rough if the flight lands in Louisville, KY at 1 am EST Tuesday morning.

As far as I'm concerned, I got this and still not moving :

09/21/2014 4:27 P.M. Your package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release. / Your package was released by the clearing agency.
09/21/2014 4:14 P.M. Your package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release.
Shenzhen, China 09/20/2014 9:40 P.M. Departure Scan
09/20/2014 9:36 P.M. Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery.

FYI, I live in France, but the steps should be the same. As you can see, it has not been moving a lot since the package was released by the clearing agency.
The initial delivery date indicated by Apple when I purchase the phone was 30/09-03/10. It then moved to 29/09 when Apple sent me the sending confirmation. Then again, it moved to 22/09 on Apple's website. I unfortunately cannot see any delivery estimate on UPS website :

Any ideas? It's 11:48AM in France and I have no clue if my phone is still in China or has arrived in France (or at least Europe). The latter would be the most likely as I think I read somewhere the clearing agency was located at the arrival's destination.

Sound like it's just leaving China today and will be late because of a customs issue.
