My predicament as well, we are about 10-15 min away from the hub so we get delivery at like 6pm. Will switching to hold for pickup cause any delays in anyway? Wonder why your request is still pending?

Fingers crossed for you it is not the same "security scan" that us 7:10 ZhengZhou had. Delayed us 3 days.
No delays.. I think it gets approve once it gets scan at our local hub... When I chose pickup they gave me the the dates I can pick it up.. You have 5 days... Mine starts on the delivery date 9/23-9/29
NYC? Thoroughly confused. If we're both in Japan right now, how can you possibly have a delivery date of Tuesday and me - in Seattle, - Wednesday!?

Hahaha...so much for our stuff already being in the US. Our phones literally sat in China for nearly four days for absolutely no reason.

Interesting so looks like they split up the packages
Ones that stayed in Zhengzhou went to Incheon which will then board this flight to Anchorage

Crazy thing is both flights will arrive at the same time at 12:48pm AK Time (4:48pm ET)
A LOT. My local stores keeps having a small supply available overnight (Updated at 1 AM) to order for in-store pickup. There is no doubt that for every phone being shipped as a pre-order, at least as many, if not more, are being sent to Apple Stores worldwide.
