That is why I did it, no sense in sitting around all day to make sure I don't miss the delivery when I can just go to the UPS Hub 10 minutes away and pick it up when they open.

Its going to Louisville, KY, which is UPSs US hub, then from there they will send it out to your regional hub which will take it to your local UPS Center to be delivered.

hhmmm, Now i'm thinking if I should do this so I don't have to wait all day for my delivery.

I did this for my first iPhone arrival last Friday, and it was great being able to just walk in and pick it up instead of waiting until 3:30 pm (my driver's usual time at my house) or later. I'm doing the same thing for my wife's iPhone that arrives 9/25.

Apparently Louisville or Chicago, not sure which one.

That is a good question, i do not know. I would imagine a photo ID with your name will suffice, but that is a question that you may want to call your local UPS to answer. Was your shipping address your PO Box, work or something similar?

Is anyone planning on doing Pre-Sign? I was considering that unless holding it is free, but it looks like it costs money to hold it at my local center.

They look at address and name so the can find ur package in the back...and after you just need to sign their pad..

Yes, usually your ID has to have the package's same address on it. And your name must match also.

At this point I think club #5:20 that the pallets are scanned for departure but will be on tomorrows flight, I think it may be a case of more phones than cargo space.
