Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

Maybe there are tons of shipments coming in today because I believe we are the first batch of iPhones coming into the country after the 9/19 folks.

Yeah, in fact, I remember last year, some dude posted a photo of pallets of iPhones sitting in the Anchorage customs area waiting to be cleared. Maybe its different now.

Stuck in Kentucky here too. I'm in NJ and working from home just to sign for this iPhone. By the looks of it, it doesn't seem like it's coming in today, which is really disappointing.

UPS does have a 91% success rate at delivering packages on time, so we'll see. I remember hearing that in that National Geographic episode that they did on Worldport.

Yes! Any shipment over $2500 has to get AES filing with the census bureau and it's famously slow. Like I said, my job is processing internationals for UPS. I can't tell you how many nights I had to sit in the office mashing the F5 key before I can leave, and my tiny center only processes 20-60 internationals a night. Imagine hundreds of thousands. Lol

So again, I work at UPS and your packages will leave with their import scans by 6 pm tonight to make delivery tomorrow. People will forget this by the next page. :/

Mine is on the same flight as yours. I still have a delivery date of 9/26 after it was moved back a day yesterday.
 
I find it hilarious UPS actually has a prompt for iPhone packages... on the phone with them.

The delay in Shanghai I believe is what did us all in... it threw the time windows off.
 
This blows do is who has 9/23 delivery date and still stuck in Louisville....at least give us the new delivery date and not have ups tracking still say on time and expect delivery for today...

Mine still says promised for today (cincinnati), although last scan was arrival in Louisville at 1:45. Will they still try to make it since they didn't change to delay?
 
Mine still says arrived at Louisville KY at 1:34am , the only flight from KY to Orlando departed at 4:48am and arrived at 5:52am flight UPS1326.

Sometimes when I track other orders from other places my information is hours off, sometimes just by refreshing the tracking number I get 3-4 updates at once.

for me it normally is, Orlando Int airport, then Leesburg, fl and them out for delivery and they are pretty quick, I have packages arriving at Orlando at 11am and they get delivered to me around 2pm-3pm.

mine still says Tuesday delivery, will see.

I think people are little gunshy about taking UPS employee "insider information" at face value, considering the "guarantees" that were given that all these phones would be delivered today. Not your fault, of course.

Also, I've worked for the federal government (DoD) my entire adult life, and I can confirm that it is slow and inefficient, and often even detrimental.
 
Still in Louisville as of 8:47am

Had an arrival scan in Louisville at 1:56am and havent had anything since then. I was originally scheduled when I bought my 6 plus for October 1-6. Then once it shipped it was updated to Thursday 9/25. I am in Orlando Florida and although it would be nice to get it before Thursday, I am just hoping to actually get it that day instead of it being delayed.

It won't make it until tomorrow. If your delivery date was today I would call UPS/Apple and bug em, but you're getting it tomorrow. Everybody with Wednesday or Thursday date who doesn't have an import scan at Louisville, your phone will leave Louisville 5-6pm tonight and be there tomorrow, and that's a fact. I'm right there with you, want my phone today.

I don't understand how it can be in kentucky and be slated for a thursday delivery. I live in VA.
