Oct. 1 to 6 2014 Delivery Date Orders (Update) Delivered earlier!

just got off the phone with UPS to hold my phone at the sort facility......

i have never experienced a more disorganized group of people in my life.

i got bounced between 6, SIX!!! different people between domestic, international, and apple call handlers. everyone telling me oh you gotta talk to this person.... or that person....

THIS is why when given the choice, is ALWAYS use FedEx.

I bought a Macbook Pro back in January. FedEx sent it up to Maine instead of to me, pushing my delivery date like two days. So it's not just UPS. They all have issues.

There isn't one 24 hour round the clock shift. They're there working furiously now though, as you can see every few minutes somebody posts that they got an import scan. Keep an eye on it over the next 2 hours.

I'm not worried at all. I know my phone will come when it's scheduled (9/25). Just trying see where we are as to which plane we're up to with Import Scans because I think my phone was on the 5 plane to come into Louisville

No. The closest date I saw someone get scanned was a 9/24 scan.

yeah, I've seen 1:35ers getting scanned. If I were to bet on it, they are being processed in delivery date order.

I've been watching this thread for 5 hours and plenty of people have said that when they got their import scan their delivery changed from the 25th to tomorrow as I figured would happen. I suspect that will be the case for most everybody, with a few people still landing on Thursday when all is said and done.

I'm in Houston. It goes to Bush and then down to the Stafford hub I am assuming? I believe they told me I would be picking it up at the Stafford Hub.

It looks that way. I don't believe UPS goes to any other airport and the Stafford Customer Center is the main one for our area. They told me if I did Will Call that it would go to the Stafford hub as well, but that's still quite a distance/time for me. I mean you know how it is with Houston traffic.

UPDATE: Just to double check, verify with UPS (maybe using the chat will work,) that it is to arrive at the Stafford hub.

No way, they're being processed as fast as they can come out of shipping containers, in whatever order they come out. UPS doesn't have time to put stuff aside by delivery date, we just process as much as we can, as fast as we can and don't get to go home until we're done.

I Believe you're mistaken those who got 9/24 updates originally had Monday delivery dates.

Let me rephrase.

I wouldn't be surprised if they were grouped on the planes by delivery date, and that's the order they are going on the belts.
