just got off the phone with UPS to hold my phone at the sort facility......
i have never experienced a more disorganized group of people in my life.
i got bounced between 6, SIX!!! different people between domestic, international, and apple call handlers. everyone telling me oh you gotta talk to this person.... or that person....
THIS is why when given the choice, is ALWAYS use FedEx.
I bought a Macbook Pro back in January. FedEx sent it up to Maine instead of to me, pushing my delivery date like two days. So it's not just UPS. They all have issues.
