I'll stop stressing once I see an import scan and depart from Kentucky . Now I'm getting worried it won't happen today

Here is a macbook air I had held... you can see after my pickup was confirmed, there was still an "out for delivery" scan:

09/06/2014 7:33 A.M. A UPS My Choice® delivery change was requested for this package. / The receiver arranged to pick up the package at a UPS facility.

Thanks for the info. I just don't trust my local UPS Hub to get it right lol

This thread is going to erupt when we get an Import Scan for the #134group.

The amusing part is, I signed up for SMS notifications from UPS on this shipment, and they sent me exactly one such notification, 5 days ago. I would have an easier time subscribing to this thread because I know as soon as just one of the 9/25ers gets an import scan, I'm going to be bombarded with emails. :D

I did get an email from ups that my package would be delivered tomorrow . For what it's worth

#Team520.. Who's still waiting in Incheon.

We should all be getting on this next flight.. We've passed like three flights already since we've been in Korea and that's freakin ridiculous.

Is it cold in Anchorage? Is that why they don't ever keep planes there so stuff on the planes like phones don't freeze?

I'm still there!! :(

There are people getting phoned before me whose phone was shipped after mine... Wow

**** UPS

Don't feel bad, I've had a 10/2 to 10/13 date all along and I had friends with dates in November that got their phones already while mine hasn't budged. AT&T is just as useless as UPS.

It's funny, I called my local hub yesterday to find out if I could have it held there and they told me I could, but that it doesn't allow pickups until 5:30pm. I would have gotten it delivered to my house hours ago by then.

So I'll be waiting for the delivery truck tomorrow, it seems. ;)

I would do the same if I were you, but my truck doesn't arrive until after 6PM so, that is a deal breaker for me.

I signed up for SMS notifications and I have not received any. I did get them email saying my package would be here tomorrow though.

My dad's phone that shipped on 9/22 didn't make it to Kentucky until 2:30 AM today, zipped right through there and is now waiting at my local UPS facility for pickup. My phone that shipped 9/19 and has been in Kentucky since 9/22 is still sitting in Kentucky.

I'm not as worked up as a lot of the people on this thread, but I'm just genuinely curious about how the first one sits there for 2 days and does nothing, but the second one zips right through when they're going to the same address.

this is frankly quite annoying ... in Louisville ... over 30 hrs without an import scan ... just means that they made a choice to sit on it nothing else ...

And I'm sure now that i'm gonna get another whammy if they ignore my will call hold request tomorrow which makes me miss the package ...

I don't think so. It gets imported by customs. If you think gov't workers are in a rush to get your phones imported you're wrong. I'm sure UPS has no control over that and in no way can make them go faster. They're also importing tons of other things from other places & companies as well & will probably take their sweet time unfortunately. Frustrating - yes but I don't really think UPS can do anything about that. I don't think they're out to slow packages down.

My phone left Milwaukee 2 hours ago. Milwaukee is just over an hour away from me. I haven't gotten an arrival scan or ready for pick up email yet and will call opens in 26 minutes. I can't decide if I should go there anyways and hope that either my phone is ready at 8:30 or that they can somehow find it quick for me. Hmm.

How reliable is the appropriate time of delivery on UPS my choice? Says between 1:30-5:30 delivery today going to try and get home by then
