Normally on launch days my iPhone's have shown up really early, like around 10am. Isn't it typical for Next Day / 2nd Day Air deliveries to be dropped off first?

Me too usually by 9:30am ups is usually on my area so not sure what time or if the estimated delivery time is correct where did you print out your signed paper from?

Still in Louisville since 1:43 am yesterday. No import scan. 9/25 delivery

I wouldn't worry too much. Mine was the same situation but one day ahead. Import scan should come between noon and 3 pm for you today. Then off to your town :)

Mine is still stuck in Incheon, I think it might have been hijacked! ;)

I wish I could have said Shanghai'd but well the pun just wouldn't work out.

I'm in no way an expert in this but if your EOD isn't originally 9/25 you might be SOL. I'm still waiting on a import scan as well though. I'm hoping it shows up sometime today which I think it will

Anyone with 9/25 date, currently in Louisville waiting on an import scan, should have nothing to worry about (myself included). These packages are just SITTING there for last 30+ hours.

All that needs to happen is for them to be scanned and loaded onto any of the flights leaving there for their final destination. They will be at local hubs later today. On trucks for delivery tomorrow.

In fact, our packages are probably now the OLDEST packages sitting in Louisville....they typically do not sit there for this long.

There's the positive thinking I needed!

Yep, I would agree with this. At this point I think there's nothing keeping them from being scanned but the fact that they're not due till tomorrow. And that was probably it all along. As someone else pointed out, UPS World Ease is supposed to make customs clearance easier...

Skan and ship them was all they needed to do two days ago. Yet here we sit.

For those in Orlando area with 9/25 delivery there appear to be two flights that run daily between Louisville and Orlando. One leaves around 4:15 PM and lands just after 6 PM (UPS2326) and one leaves in the wee hours of the morning at 4 AM and gets in around 5:45 AM (UPS1326).

With that said, I would like to see an import scan and departure scan for that afternoon flight. However, if we do not make it out until the early morning flight on 9/25 I am confident it will still make it to us based on what I have seen on this thread.

You need someone else to do your positive thinking for you?

What shipping did you have? Saver or Expedited?

I had the same arrival scan at 1:34am in L'ville. Yet i still have no import scan. I just want my damn phone! lol

i had saver. what did you have?

i called once to try and get a free case/upgraded shipping, but rep said no such thing. we had a nice 10 minute conversation and i didnt push it. he was very nice and i wouldnt be surprised if he changed it to saver. i didnt even know such a difference/thing existed.

That's exactly what I been thinking just don't want to get other people's hopes up...apparently that's frowned upon in these threads LOL

My phone was supposed to be delivered today, but now there is no delivery information due to an error last night. I made it through the import scan in a little over an hour and now the phone is in NC, where I stay. It states that a mechanical error has delayed my delivery...Hopefully it comes in today.

This is so frustrating. I am supposed to get my phone today and now they are saying they need directions to my address so they are sending it back to the sender in TN. I called the UPS and local hub is supposed to call me within an hour. I asked them if I can just go pick it up myself because this is just ridiculous. I just really hope it doesn't board the plane before they contact me.

To those who are waiting patiently(as can be expected, I know I have refreshed screens every 30min since last Friday) and seem to be stuck in limbo I hate it for you, seeing you all get shipped while I was stuck in processing until Sunday sucked so I know its a let down to not see any movement. However to this guy here:

You just landed and you think you will go out tonight on a flight??? After clearing customs??

I do have a new rMBP for delivery tomorrow, so that will hold me over until the plane is dug out of the muck in Incheon.

Well mine has made it to Wilmington, NC
BUT

The tracking info says its on the truck for deliver.
Unfortunately I changed it to Hold for Pickup on saturday.

I hope its not really on the truck, otherwise I'll have to wait until tomorrow to go pick it up :(

If you ever thought that there was any rhyme or reason to this process, now you know otherwise: many of us had our phones "shipped" at least two full days before this dude, and yet he is getting his phone delivered at least a day before many of us.

Seriously though, I'm glad for you Mr. Anderson.
