Went ahead and canceled my order last night before I got charged. Again, I'm first in line at my nearest Apple Store and I was too impatient to wait it out. Now tomorrow morning can't come soon enough.
I had a IP6+ 64gb Space but I think I want a Silver one now.

Preparing for shipment. 6 Plus, 16GB, space gray, T-Mobile. Time to spam FedEx and UPS all day for tracking numbers.
If you have to wait in line outside somewhere, you really couldn't be in a better place than Colorado Springs. I almost got a job there a few years ago; absolutely gorgeous. Good luck!

With all the iPhone shipments coming out of China, I doubt there is only the plane right now; in fact I believe I read that they had booked up most of the shipping out of China for days if not a week or two, bumping other smaller companies' shipments.
I'm convinced Apple will ship it to me as early as possible. A few years a go when I got my Mac Mini, Apple shipped it to me within a week or so from somewhere in eastern US I think it was.
Ordered from apple, went from Oct. 1-6th to preparing for shipment and my credit card was charged today. I ordered the iphone 6 plus Gold 128gb

I'm glad I checked this thread though so I could pay off my card right away. My delivery status before was October 2-7. I ordered at like 1:15 am PDT on September 12. I checked my card and I was charged. Hopefully I will get my phone next week.
Never mind, mine is preparing for shipment but still for October 2-7. Oh well, I can wait if I have to.
And waiting is half the battle...haha

It will be interesting to see if any of the "expedited shipping" calls paid off, or if we all see them at the same time.
I could be wrong but I think we'll see shipping info BEFORE our status changes to "shipped" by using the Tracking Reference trick. We'll see...
