I am just so glad that some other news came along today to knock the Beatle's Cra* off the front page of MR! :p

How can such rubbish get approved on such a amazing and magical day that we will never forget? I'm going back to the Beetles thread!!!!

Just kidding! :D

It uses direct dial to make outgoing calls. Anyone know how or if this can change to call back like in GV Mobile +?

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8C134 Safari/6533.18.5)

What do you know. Today is just like anyother day that I will never forget!!

now all I need is a native Google Talk app and a native GMail app and for Apple or Google to update the Maps app (this really hasn't been updated substantially in year-- need turn-by-turn directions)

Who cares if the Beatles are on iT....

oopps. Wrong thread :p

Cool. I was using GV Mobile (Jailbroke version). Can now use the official Google version to compare.

I was very excited about this but so far its terrible, GV+ is much much better besides the lack on push notifications. I will be using both for the time being. Google official app for push and thats about it. GV+ for everything else.

Scratch that... I only want VM push notifications but doesn't look like you can select what you want notifications for. Don't need text notifications as I use SMS GV extension. Terrible app Google.

while Apple will never forget today because of the major money they are making off the Beatles, the news of Google Voice coming to iOS is more exciting to me.

Case of another person under the mistaken impression that Apple makes money off the iTunes Store, whether it be Music, Movies, TV Shows, Books, Apps, etc. The store does barely better than break even and the revenue and profit are inconsequential to Apple's bottom line. All those media outlets do for Apple is help them sell hardware. That's where the money is.
