Gold seems to have really gone down hill for choice. I chose black matt. Just had to have a black bezel. Can't do white bezel.

I choosed white bezels instead, white iPhones feel more solid build to me than black iPhones but anyway going for the jet black iPhone 7 for first time

The white bezel is definitely not a first pick by many. But after having Space Gray all those years, the white bezel was a nice refresh for me. And the other reason I chose Gold for the 7 Plus, was because I knew everyone was opting for Jet Black and Black, leaving Gold to be a least favorite in hopes of receiving mine early. And.....I still don't have it. Late October.
