iPhone 11 Pro Once again...premium prices for piece part products

So wait - 4GB of RAM or 6GB of RAM.
That is the 100% definitive decision making spec?

It gets to be so interesting the reasons a person chooses to tell of why they either will or will not purchase something. (which many times is complete B.S.)
People are fascinating.

Why would I do that? Your wrong, accept it.
Multiple sellers, and an Apple website in a country that by law has to list RAM state it’s 6GB.

If your quick you may be able to order one for the week after it’s release date, which is surprising that stock levels are low given that the spec is so poor for the money

You’ve still not told us what phone you have...

Yes, for me that is the line...fanboys don’t get it and call trolling, at this stage, 4gb in anything called Pro will not get my money...not really sure why so hard to understand for those that want premium components for premium prices, I have money and I don’t waste it.

You could just order it, then not open it until it’s confirmed at either 4GB or 6GB. Then either return or open based on the results. ifixit will probably have a teardown on launch day.
 
I have an iPhone X, 2 iPads and some older stuff, I bought the iPad Pro 11 2018 and sent it back, not a matter of not wanting product, once again for those that don’t value your dwindling bank account, it’s a matter of expecting certain products at premium prices.

I could but at this point I’m waiting, it’s not like I have to have it next Friday and if it turns out that it has Pro components all the way through, I will order.....side note, is the max going to be a big footprint change or not bad?

Old components...yes, I bet they got them from returned/broken phones.

I would bet anything you couldn’t tell the difference between 4gb and 6gb.

Fair enough. I still like to get the devices on launch day but this year I probably won’t as I still haven’t got my order in yet. Oh well.

Every year people like this come out of the woodworks. I don’t know whether to laugh or be sad about it.

please make us a part list of all of the 3 year old components in our new phones OP. I would really like to know what to keep an eye on.

That's not true today. Android is just as smooth and fast as iPhone/iOS, and some models arguably faster.
 
Meh I don’t hunt spec sheets, I just don’t care. I value experiences which every new iPhone I’ve had has refined the experience. Even going from iPhone X to XS I noticed the pictures are way better and I care way more about that than how much ram the phone has. Each to their own though, that’s why choice is awesome.

So exactly what makes 6GB of RAM more premium of a component than 4GB of RAM?
Oh I completely understand what RAM is, what its relationship with the rest of the computer is and what more RAM does and does not do.
I also don't doubt or question if someone has cash for a purchase or what they purchase. I get intrigued to the reasons they may use for or against a product.

What stage are we at?
Why does the word Pro trigger someone more than adding an "s" modifier?

Just curiosities.

I’m not sure what your point is. Some people like and buy Apple products, some people don’t. Is a thread really necessary just for you to say that you don’t like a product? Do you do this for other expensive products?

Lol, even the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro max $600 difference same amount of ram yeah.... wow they must really think we are gullible sheep at this point

6GB is somehow equaling more Pro than 4GB. Whatever "Pro" is supposed to even mean with this thing.
It's a marketing naming gimmick and it is getting people turntup for some reason.
