What a stupid article.
People who make 75,000 are rich? Well, that depends where you live. Here in Seattle, making 75,000 is barely getting by. Cost of living is no joke.

Why do some people think that if one owns a iPhone they're rich or make a lot of money? The dang phone cost as much as the Samsung! Geesh. You do not have to be rich or make a lot of income to have an iPhone.

I bought the 6 Plus. I'm not rich. No where close to being rich and I'm female. CNN can go screw themselves.

Every iPhone 6 I've seen in the wild has been in the hands of a girl. Therefore only girls buy iPhone 6s.

My 'science' > CNN's 'science'. Trust me, I did a study on it.

so the iPhone 6, which are the same contract price as all previous phones, suddenly becomes unaffordable to everybody else?

LOL

Asians are richer than you think

No doubt. To organize teams to buy phones on another continent, have them all shipped in and pay thousands of dollars for a commodity device that will flood their market in a few weeks - these guys are rich indeed!!

I'm a poor black guy, and bought the 128gb 6, and returned it for the 64gb 6+

Maybe this means that CNN has finally moved on from looking for that Malaysian Airlines flight.

Making over $75k/year makes you rich? Perhaps they should talk to people who live in California, NYC, DC, etc ;)
(to be fair, it is over the mean income in the US... but when you say rich, I figure it'd be someone who makes a lot more than that)
