Orange UK: How to get a nano sim

All arrived as planned.

Nano sim ordered on Tuesday @ 1.30pm, arrived Thursday morning in post.

iPhone ordered via apple on 14th, arrived via UPS on 21st.

Unfortunately, I'm out camping for the weekend, so not had chance to use it :-(

Just need to order a nano sim now then - ordered the 5 on Thursday, but a 4 week wait, so no hurry I guess!

Just wondering if they asked you your Nano Sim card number, the guy i just spoke with at CS asked my mobile number and then said that's it.

I asked if he needed new Sim number but he said No ?

Yes, I had to give them the nanosim number over the phone

The new SIM number must be associated with the existing mobile number. They would need to check that before applying the change as it could result in you paying for someone elses calls, although it would be unlikely.

apparently the nano sim is 108mm thin and the micro sim is 180mm so it might be harder than we think

There is absolutely no way you have measured your sim properly if your saying its 108mm thats 10.8 cm's my friend

Have my Iphone 5 just arrived from apple.

Unfortunately I completely forgot about the nano sim, such an idiot.

Orange said it would take up-to 5 business days for them to get it to me, though for my brother it only took 2.

I tried to cut up my old sim, but that went awful.

Anyone know if I can just stroll into a local Orange store tomorrow and pick one up?

Orange say 5-7 business days I got mine the next day! You can give it a go but their policy is not to allow it. Try your local apple store, they do give them out
