Do you show an 11/3 delivery date still?I ordered 3 for my family and all of them show Order in Progress.
All of them do. A departure scan was performed on mine this morning. It will most likely change to shipped when it arrives in Anchorage or Louisville.Mine says preparing to ship for the last 2 days. 11/03 delivery
Call back and ask for it to be escalated to a supervisor/manager. I'm having the same issue. I think they have higher level carrier contacts. When we call AT&T it's essentially tier 1 tech support and their tools are limited. Call Apple and have it escalated.Mine still shows Order in Progress with a 11/3 delivery date.
Called Apple and they said there was a problem with Att and to call them.
To which I called them and they say there isn’t a problem.
It’s a big mess now. Apple told me that if the issue isn’t corrected then the shipment will be bumped back.
Not really sure what to do at this point. Att and Apple both are not being any help.

For me it's because there were two orders initially and Apple had cancelled the one that had the later delivery. The later delivery is the one that AT&T was seeing as my upgrade. Even though the order was cancelled, AT&T hadn't 'seen' that and was not releasing my upgrade eligibility for the 11/3 delivery. This created the hold on the order. My understanding is that Apple is working with AT&T to clear that but I haven't heard back yet.Still on hold for an ATT supervisor. They keep saying there isn’t a problem on their end and it’s Apple.

You still want to call Apple and get this escalated. If it cancels before you get them on it then you might be waiting weeks for another order. Call them.
Did you set up the call back? I think it's a good idea to do. It keeps you on their radar.
For me the frustrating thing was no indication that anything was amiss. If we both had not called we'd probably be staring dumbfounded at cancelled orders right now wondering what the heck happened.
I feel your pain. I spent the better part of yesterday dealing with it as well. Hopefully it pays off for both of usYea I set up a call back but I’m still trying to get the issues fixed in the meantime and it’s been so frustrating. I’ve been on the phone for over 3 hours with 10 different people both att and Apple and I’m constantly getting different answers and no help.
I have the same issue and now the phone shows a delivery date of Nov 17-24th. Still not confident it will show up then.
Same here. Now showing 11/17. I'm already composing an email. I was told not to worry I'd still have an 11/3 delivery.
