Order status for Canada?

Mine finally arrived (in Halifax)!

Ordered a white 64GB 2am PST on Oct 7 via Apple. Email received minutes later with a "Ships by Oct 14th". Congrats to everyone to received their 4S'es. To anyone who's still waiting: This is the best bunch of people to wait with :)

Well, every one who has got their iPhone's - I hope it was worth the wait!

Personally, I'm enjoying it iPhone and was worth the wait... could have been smoother delivery though!
 
iPhone Lost?

Weird, I had 3 ordered, all took the exact same flights/route but just 2 of them were delivered early monday morning. One of them still shows arrival scan from early friday morning:

I'm still waiting for my unlocked phone to ship. Since I'm upgrading from a 3g to the 4s, I too will need a micro sim card. Do you know if I can just pick one up for free from an Apple store?

P.S. I'm still on what remains of my 3yr contract with Rogers.
 
Pre ordered my iPhone 4S from Apple Canada online on October 7th. Just checked the status and it now says "preparing for shipment". It shouldn't be long now!

Yep, I picked up mine from Apple free. Then you just need to login to your Rogers account and activate the new sim after your phone arrives. It couldn't be more simple. By the time my 4s was finished activating and restoring and sync'ing the sim was active and good to go.

You just type the 20 digit serial number from your old sim and the SN from the new sim.

Thanks Hutch1. I had already seen the "activate new sim" option on the rogers site however I thought Rogers might charge me the $10 for a new sim. Now if only the phone would be shipped this week!

No I think they charge like $0.75 for a sim, Apple just hands it out for free.

Ordered two iPhones from Bell Canada (both 16 GB, one white one black) on October 12th. The white iPhone arrived yesterday (Canada Post), the black still to come......

an update to Preparing would be appreciated! had anyone who ordered after the pre-order getting updated info on shipping/availability?
 
I ended up calling apple about one of the phones I ordered that was never delivered.. somehow got "lost" at hamilton airport by UPS after they performed a trace for it. They said they can now re-ship or cancel the order.

It wasn't a big deal for me as I was ordering a few for office use for someone else, but would have really sucked for someone who was up at 3am EST to do one of the first orders and have their lost.
 
Update to me earlier thread....My white iPhone has been shipped out today. Does anyone know how long it takes to get to Windsor, Ontario?
