I got the same answers as you from @UPShelp and online. They are a joke for sure as far as tracking goes. Still waiting here in Milton. My UPS guy usually gets here around noon, latest he has ever been is 1500h.

I am still waiting for mine (Toronto). UPS system shows delivery expected today before noon (that would be over an hour ago...). The UPS tracking info has not been updated since Friday. Doesn't look very promising for today...

UPS was pretty insistent that the tracking info is slow and inconsistent. Don't give up hope. Mine finally showed up just before 11am. Came out of meetings to an email from my wife with a picture of the boxes
Nice surprise after one of those suicide 2hr meetings.This is the exact same scenario as me, however mine arrived a few minutes before noon. I think you will get yours today.
UPS just told me that all GTA packages are out for delivery today despite what you may or may not see online. This was after they missed my 10:30am delivery time and I spoke with a support person who told me that it was actually scheduled for tomorrow.
I think the statement that they are all being delivered is more credible since it grew out of a conference call between support the delivery center and the driver.

Still showing Concord. Phoned UPS, agent said it'll be delivered by end of day today (7pm). No official delivery window though.
Yah I just got off the phone too and got the same answer. Our phones are sitting beside one another in the back of that UPS truck somewhere. UPS is usually at my place by noonish, so I am wondering. Let's hope sooner rather than later. I guess 7PM is better than tomorrow.
Post here when you receive yours and I will do same. They should deliver within 15 minutes of each other.

For those of you posting that your phones have been delivered, please post where you live so others in your area (whom are expecting delivery) know that their phones are on their way!
The package has been sitting in the distribution centre near my house since, probably, Saturday morning. It got scanned twice this morning, but they failed to deliver it to me (They did however deliver an Airport Extreme).

Still nothing for me in Toronto. I spoke to a UPS agent on the 1-800 line and she got in touch with a driver who apparently confirmed that my package was on his truck. Does anyone know the latest that UPS might deliver? Is it possible that he would run out of time and leave my package on his truck to be delivered tomorrow instead?
I was told that 7pm is the latest but who knows. I'm at yonge and bloor and still waiting. No tracking updates since arriving in Concord.
