Yep preparing around noon, shipped 30min ago and delivery tomorrow. I'll believe it when UPS tracking works in a few hours

Germany: SS 42 BSB shipped
Yesterday night my order was still processing and showed a shipping window of May 12-26.
Today it says shipped (missed the "preparing for shipment" status) with delivery by DHL tomorrow hopefully so because Friday is a national holiday in Germany.
My order: SS 42 BSB, order confirmation at :05 on launch day.
While ordering I still was in the first wave shipping window. Confirmation email then said May 12-26.
Very pleased, did absolutely not expect a delivery that early.

Do you know if UPS delivers on Saturday in Germany? I'm not at home the coming week so if I don't get it till Saturday I'll have to wait another week and I am also afraid that UPS could return it to sender!

no they dont deliver on saturdays
and you may have to call them to ask them to keep it for more than 4 business days

same for me only I ordered 9:02:xx and got the mail 9:03:35, but nothing yet, noch charge no preparing no shipped

Another question: when are we supposed to get charged? Mine is preparing for shipment but there is nothing on my CC. Somehow I am afraid that Postbank ****s this up.
got the shipped notification and mail yesterday at 9:30pm. Still no tracking information available, hope UPS does not **** things up. Apple's order details website says estimated delivery is tomorrow, neither the UPS site nor the guys at the UPS hotline can tell me anything....... I'm gonna camp outside waiting for that brown delivery truck from hell
i am not surprised, UPS tracking numbers often dont work til after u received the package lol at least from my experience
Regularly the CC transactions are shown later in online banking than they actually appear.

I made a wrong choice by preordering a SS with a leather band. As I see, SS 42mm with a sports band are available for shipment.
Guys, how is it 'decided' who gets his Apple Watch shipped by UPS or DHL? Wondering about that.
Also, if shipped by DHL, do they this on Saturday unlike UPS? And how many days would they hold a package?
I'm asking, because if my Apple Watch is being delivered at next Monday, how can I let them hold the package if necessary?

I didn't have any choice to choose DHL express. I had only "Standardverdand" option available. DHL deliveres also on saturday.
And when does that shipment type show up? Not seeing anything here.

Did you get an email telling you it was preparing for shipment? I'm wondering if there's any point to obsessively checking the Order Status, if I may just get an email if anything changes.
