It doesn't look like it has, no. I've got a NatWest credit card and I keep checking my online banking but nothing Apple-related on the card currently.
 
Long shot, but, could mine still be on processing because I live so close to the UPS warehouse in Tamworth?

Minus the amount of fun i've had on here. checking this forum was the worst thing i could have done. Had i not known i'd still be blissfully thinking that all was fine.

This was meant to be the place we consoled each other and teased with false accusations and now i feel so lonely with my 'processing' status.

I was able to change my card yesterday.
Phoned Amex and Apple have just charged me a £1
When I chatted to Ryan on the online chat he said that I still have my place I the queue and that no attempt for payment was made on my original card.
I ordered the 42mm Space Grey. Email confirmation was at 0802 on the 10th.
Another point to note. Like everyone I've been pressing F5 and to the verge of getting RSI of the finger. Don't Apple realise that productivity in the workplace this week is vitually zero and people could loose their jobs and when it comes to the next launch people may not have a job. Haha!!

I have not been productive since the keynote, six weeks ago.
