In the same boat. I'm hoping that as Apple took full payment yesterday I'll still get it Friday and it's just a case of waiting for the order to update to "Preparing for Dispatch"
Think one thing I can safely say is Apple's market research is absolutely pants.
It seems that the SG black and SS black have been extremely popular but seems Apple have significantly underproduced them for launch day.
It also seems people who were in the second wave or later have may now get their watches on launch day.
If the market research had been better the May have been able to balance better the production to fit the demand. This is not a production issue but very bad market research probably in the way the questions were phrased or the group of people used.

Getting annoyed. People who ordered the 42mm space grey 10 minutes or more after me are preparing for shipping. Mine hasn't been charged and is still sat at processing. Lol
Mine came through at 08:03, and the status remained 'processing' until about 09:00 this morning
I've ordered a sport, then cancelled and ordered a SS 38mm the next day with delivery 13-27th of May.

Was getting worried but in the last hour or so mine(White Sport) switched to preparing for shipment.
I'm even thinking about ordering a white 38mm now.
Maybe I am super super lucky and they have one somewhere that would get a surprise ship date..just because it's white.

Preparing for Dispatch = already in the UK or being shipped from China today
Processing (Money taken) = already in the UK @ a warehouse somewhere.
No one knows when you will get your watch, just relax.
So I have been charged.
And the comment does give me hope for a Friday delivery...

Not really conjecture but common sense, but ok whatever... Just because you WANT it for Friday doesn't mean Francis will magically come to your door with one

Well seeing as orders went live @ 8AM UK time, that's not possible unless you're some sort of time-travelling wizard.
Time stamp is 08:02. I don't care enough to check the seconds, sorry.
Actually if you VIEW Source on the confirmation email and look at the proper time stamp you will see that it does indeed say Fri, 10 Apr 2015 07:02:22 +0000 (GMT). That is because email servers show UTC as well as local time for sender and recipient somewhere in the source. The above example was pulled from my confirmation email.
