I have been following this forum with bated breath over the last few days
I ordered very late on the 10th April at 4.10pm (ish) in store, as I wanted to have a try on appointment to choose between the 38mm and the 42mm. I have a 12th - 26th May delivery date. I booked my try on appointment as the app store opened at 8.01am - I soooo wish I had just ordered instead
Anyway my worries are:
1) I ordered on-line whilst in the Apple store but I didn't receive a confirmation email :-( I went and spoke to the rep that took my order an hour or so later as I was still in the shopping centre, but was told my email would arrive soon. He checked my account and confirmed it was in the system.
Well the confirmation email didn't ever arrive (didn't go to junk folder either) but I have an order number in my Apple account and in my App store account and it shows that my order is supposedly processing - so I guess this is ok???? I'm just worried that there is some muck up somewhere?
2) I have not had any pre-authorisation £1.00 come out of my account. Is this because I have already ordered with Apple using the debit card on my Apple account? Or is this more evidence that there might be an issue?
Not that I am obsessing or anything
If anyone can shed any light (or give lots and lots of reassurance) that would be fab.

Don't worry about email address. It's not used for anything substantial (I don't think?) other than notifying you when your order changes.
As for the £1, I didn't get that charge either and was also worried but I still got charged the full amount today. Again, don't worry about it too much.
EDIT: Just realised I was replying to something several pages back... woopsie.
