Spoke with Apple Support. They can't explain why my early order is still processing but said things could still change and I could still get a delivery tomorrow

Has anyone tried ringing UKMail to see if we can collect from a depot rather than it being out for delivery? I won't be in to collect tomorrow.

This is the most annoying pre-order / launch experience ever. First the stressful 4 minute window to get a launch day slot, then the revelation that it's actually a two week 'launch day', then the long hard wait for money to be charged, and at each stage a sigh of relief that turns into more frustration.

I was hoping for UPS as they deliver before 10am.
We are going away for the weekend and the other half says we are leaving at 12 at the latest. If it's not delivered by Noon I will be on here asking for recommendations for divorce lawyers.

Gah. Still stuck on Preparing for Shipment. Must be my delivery address. I live in London, but am visiting family in Bournemouth this week, so had that set as my delivery address.
