Yep although I've known for 2 weeks that I would potentially have to wait until the 8th May, I still feel let down.
I agree it sucks, i wanted it so much for this weekend (doing a charity run i wanted to try it with). I'm really disappointed that i'm not getting it. But i just dont really think its apples fault
Any 38mm with blue sports band been shipped?
Let's be honest, with the amount of money Apple has there aren't really an excuses for that.
They were wise to give the 2 week window. At least some people are receiving on the 24th. There were clear supply issues, or misjudgment on the demand side. Troubles of being a tech geek i guess![]()
They let many of us down with this launch. This new Apple doesnt understand its customers anymore. That Angela whatsherface's head should roll, totally screwed up the buying experience.

You know what, i've thought about this arguement further and the real issue is lack of transparancy. If more stock is coming, they should say so and say when they are expecting the next batches of watches.
Furthermore process these things in the order of when the order was placed, not at random.
Yes but only about 8 mins ago.
Not necessary her fault, imagine someone asking you to provide a good buying experience for say 1 million people who want a watch each, first thing you do is ask manufacturing and they say they have 650,000. What can you possibly do?
Plus add in all the variations and its a nightmare.
For me the fault is with the manufacturing team
