I didn't get a notification / email but when I logged into my account there was an option to change the payment - keep checking your Apple Store account regularly.
That's unfortunate. Mine was dispatched today! Tracking it through the parcel app!
I've given up on Francis I'm afraid, just like I've given up on believing that Apple could manage a piss up in a brewery.

Mine is still sitting in Birmingham, but the parcel app is being refreshed quite often, hopefully mine will be on the plane with yours on the way to northern ireland
