I think they send it by text as well, but the website shows it when the parcel is out for delivery and route has been confirmed. Might need to wait a little bit longer.

That's what I'm starting to worry. It's getting delivered to work ... There is NO WAY I'm doing ANYTHING productive today if it's not arriving. Except sit at my desk and sob. I won't even be able to tell if I have a heart attack from the grief.
Uk Mail website. It changes to "out for delivery" with no time (assume when it's loaded) then about half an hour later a slot appears (i assume when the route is confirmed).

Based on my track record with UKMail I'm not getting my hopes up too high, even though it's at the depot.

FOR THOSE WITH UK MAIL:
The estimated delivery time should appear on the website tracking page (under the "Your parcel [number] is Out For Delivery" bit) a few minutes after your order shows "Out for delivery".
The option to get an email/text "when your delivery is our driver's next stop" also appears so people might what to try that to get a delivery imminent warning.
I image what happens is that when the parcel is scanned into the van it goes to 'Out for Delivery' then when the driver actually leaves the depot, it can give you the expected time slot.

Phoned them yesterday to change to collect from depot. "Yes sir, that's fine and done for you"
Delivery status changes to "Amended by customer" (or similar).
This morning - "Out for Delivery" and due between 9.47 - 10.47 (when I'm at work).

I live in Portsmouth, so it's being delivered here. UKMail have a large depot in Fareham and I assume that's where it has gone, but they're listing it as Portsmouth 🙂
