Couldnt resist....

I believe the delivery vans are unmarked so that does sound a little suspicious. I would contact UK Mail asap.

Thanks for your advice! I spoke to a really helpful guy, who phoned the driver and sent him back to me :D

It's here! So happy!

He wasn't a UK MAIL employee and that is why I didn't have a time slot. They have hired a few contractors todays as they are very busy.

Under the circumstances I think that would be acceptable. Are they not even letting you go collect it from the depot? That's usually allowed after a delivery attempt.

Glad you got it all sorted :)

How did you sign up for this? I can't seem to find a way of giving UK Mail my mobile number.

On the UK Mail website once your delivery status is "out for delivery", a box will appear on the top right saying something line "Set up notification when your delivery is our drivers next stop" and you can enter your number there.

South London. UK Mail scheduled for 14:02 - 15:02 for 28mm sports green.

42mm space grey still stuck on processing.

T minus one hour till my delivery window begins... I've moved my desk right up against the window for street monitoring purposes - so glad my company lets me work from home!

P.S.

I've been told to ring back in an hour...see if the driver will re-deliver if not - I have to wait till after 7pm for a pick up - possibly Saturday if he's not back in time.

I must say I wouldn't hold much to the time slot that UKMAIL specify, mine said
18:46 to 19:46 and turned up at 8:45 !!!
