I registered a few years ago and so I didn't actually need to do anything this time round-all of a sudden, a text hit my phone & iPad yesterday telling me a delivery was coming tomorrow.

I re downloaded the app later on, logged in and my time slot appeared.

Maybe delete app and try again?

I called them yesterday and told them I would pick it up from the depot. On the tracking site it then shows 'Deliver rearranged by recipient'. When I got there it was on the counter ready for me.
