Well mine came before 9:00 this morning and Im REALLY impressed with it so far. I think some of the reviews were overly harsh, its amazing:
I have a black band on the way which will be my main band but until then Im enjoying the white more than I expected. Also the feel of the sport bands are gorgeous.

I ordered a space grey 42 with black strap - confirmation email at 08:05, got the dreaded 4 to 6 weeks (12th to 26th May).......I just want to see it move from PROCESSING !!! - Pleeeease. 
looks cool... although personally think it's a bit big on your arm

Its the way the photos show it, it doesn't look like that in reality. For some reason it looks bigger in photos.

It also sits flatter on my wrist than the photos suggest. All apple watch photos make it look really chunky which its not.
Anyone else not really feeling the haptic touch is 'strong' enough to let you know a text has come in?
I'm getting worried. Nearly into my delivery slot and have convinced myself that the 42mm will be massive. I love big watches but there might be big and BIG.....

I ordered the same one at 08:04 and got the 4-6 weeks... Still no movement for me either. Fingers crossed we get it early..!
Have you tried turning it up in Settings? Also I'd give it a few days of real-world usage before dismissing it.
My SS with classic buckle came a couple of hours ago. One thing I thought worth posting is that the inside of the classic buckle (the bit that slots into the Watch) has tiny star screws that secure the metal loop that the leather strap wraps around to the bar that slots in. This means it may be possible to replace the leather stap assuming the screws come out, though you'd need a bigger lug holes on the new strap to get around the U shaped metal part. The screws really are tiny though, as seen below (had to use a 20x magnifying glass to get a decent photo)
