Installed the Auto Refresh extension in Safari to keep reloading my order page. Seems to be doing a good job.

Let's all hope that the orders section comes back up with at least what it said before...

And doesn't LOSE orders! :confused::mad:

Did we crash Apple servers by constantly refreshing? ;)

Ohh.. 17:24 is within the window someone posted earlier that an Apple Rep said we would be charged. Scary :D

Hey is it true there are NO apple stickers included??

If so, I will be really annoyed. I need another 2 to add to my Apple Sticker book and also swapsies with my crew.

I just got back from DSM myself and am pretty unimpressed with the whole thing. I think I must have just got there before the guy quoted below. Waited in line with a load of people clearly buying them to sell on for over 2 hours and finally got in. I had pre ordered a SG Sport at 08:04:13 on the 24th and am pretty impatient and annoyed I didn't get it so headed down.
The store was supposed to open at 11 but nothing seemed to happen at 11, shortly after a G4S van (carrying watches) turned up. So I'm thinking the deliveries are around then. The guys at the front had been queuing since 6am apparently.

You have DSM staff and Apple staff both working at the shop. Herein lies the problem...
When I'm waiting near the front of the line one of the DSM girls comes out and starts talking to a guy behind me in the line, She asks what he's wanted and disappears inside.

So I get into the shop. Tell them I'm after a 42. They only have the Milanese left. I say thats fine I can always do what I want with the straps etc. So I then get taken to the payment line and told the watch will be waiting when I get to the front. After waiting a couple mins the lady comes back and apologises saying the last one has just gone... at which point the guy that was behind me in the line comes past to collect the order his friend put to one side.

This was a bit of a problem for me having traveled from Derby to London and waiting outside for over 2 hours so I asked if there was anything else they had at all as it seemed pretty unfair that I miss out so close because of this. She was very apologetic but said there was nothing, So i then spoke to the Apple guy about the situation, explained what had happened etc. Also mentioned that a good friend of mine used to work in an apple store and couldn't reserve goods that were in high demand like this etc. He again apologised said the girl shouldn't have done that but there was nothing more they could do. I then asked if there was a DSM manager that I could speak to. She was really apologetic and said let me see if I can do anything. She came back and had found me a 42 SS White sports strap. Which I was very grateful for a took. If they had run out because there wasn't enough I would have excepted that. Would have been my bad for not getting there before but it just tasted a little bitter seeing someone behind me in line Getting it that way.
So I'll cancel my apple order now and that should give someone else waiting the chance to get the watch a little sooner hopefully.

In the end I gave up on DSM. Got there at 10.45am and got to the back of the queue. When I'd queued till about 1pm the man from Apple with the scots accent and beard (I asked if he was Francis, he wasn't) said that they only had 38mm left. I want a 42, so I left. I rang them back just now and the next delivery is Wednesday.

So, a somewhat wasted trip, but I didn't want to buy something I wouldn't be happy with.

Oh, and I have never seen so many Scalpers in an Apple queue. Seemed very few genuine fanbois to me, but I guess that's London for you.

what are the chances of my apple watch shipping early, knowing my luck it won't ship out until the 26th May:(
