Everybody that ordered in the first five minutes should have them by now, fair enough of they didn't have the stock for 5 hours worth but 5 ********** minutes they should!
And it was the cheapest model where you had one strap choice! It was the easiest for them to make a load of!
I would understand if it was one of the link bracelets hand polished by virgins.
 
long time lurker... but just to say that a colleague of mine has just had his 38mm BB SGS marked for dispatch. My 42 BB SGS, ordered way before his and within the first 4 mins, is still 'processing' :(
 
For what it's worth, I feel for those who haven't received their orders/changed from processing yet, especially those who ordered on the 10th. Even though I ordered VERY late and mine is out for delivery, I think it's incredibly unfair that those who pre-ordered way before me are going to be waiting longer.

Not that I'm generous enough to offer up my Watch or anything, but... the thought counts, right?

I second this, it does seem like the worst launch ever, not planned properly at all
Don't get me wrong I'm happy for everybody getting watches earlier or even in 1-2 days from ordering, but for us who ordered on the 10th and are still waiting in processing hell seems unfair

Hi all i'm in need of a bit of advice from you guys,
I ordered a 42mm SGS at 8:08 on launch day and have been blessed with the processing page until, i'm assuming, the 12th of May. So this morning I ventured out to Dover Street Market and was able to book an appointment for Saturday. Is there a solid chance I should be able to pick one up there? Should I cancel my pre-order? :eek:

If it was me, I'd hold off until you're literally paying for the new one, and they bring it out from stock to you... phone in hand and then cancel via the Apple Store app!

I'd suggest leaving the order in until your appointment. If the order has moved by then you can simply cancel or not attend the appointment. If there isn't any movement you can cancel the order once the watch is in your hand from DSM
 
Did anyone recently receive a call from Apple? I missed it and called the number (an Irish number) and it just said you've missed a call from Apple.

An email came in shortly after saying there's been a delay and to check my order status.

Don't cancel until you actually get it, you could end up with nothing

I agree. Its hard to keep track on all models and sizes but if someone ordered the same model as me the 10th and i get mine before that person it's unfair.

Wow, thanks for sharing pictures as I also ordered the 38mm - it looks good on you, hopefully not too small? I figured that because the Apple Watch is rather bulky, to get the smaller one might make it more manageable.

42mm SS Classic Buckle has now gone to preparing around 4:30 this afternoon. Ordered on the 10th at about 8:45 but didn't receive confirmation until 18:30 on the evening and had a May 12th onwards delivery date.
 
I have this on my wall in my office..
if you havent received your watch you can take the quote quite literally.

Whoop I take it all back! Money taken and my green order is preparing for dispatch!! Fingers crossed for tomorrow! Otherwise it's going to be tues!
 
Space Grey 38 on its way!

So...it's preparing for dispatch! I don't care if I have to wait till after Bank Holiday to get my hands on it, it's enough to know it's on its way! That's been the whole problem for me regarding this launch; with a 3 week holiday coming up from 20 May and a shipping window of 12-26 May, I needed to know I'd have the watch by then. The UNCERTAINTY has been the major problem about this whole agonising process. Apple need to learn from this!
Good luck to all of you still waiting :)
