Order Thread for UK (BST)

Nice one. UK mail website was tracking my delivery until about 20 minutes ago. Now it's just giving me this error message

An error occurred while retrieving your parcel data, please try again. If the problem persists, please use the Contact form on the UK Mail website, clearly stating your name, telephone number, email address and account number and we will assist you during normal working hours.

Eek!
 
Just had woke up to a dispatch email from apple that was sent at 8am this morning. Says dilivers on 12th Friday. Anyone else had this or from ya'll best knowledge do you think it will be Monday?
 
Is everyone else having issues with the UK Mail website?

They annoyed me yesterday. Claimed to have attempted delivery but no card left, someone was in to and was watching out for them but never saw anyone turn up. My tracking number on my apple account also change to the same as my delivery number, this new tracking number doesn't work in the UK Mail tracking system.

Do you know what time most are open until? Did you have to take drivers license etc?

The Aldershot depot I went to is open until 12pm today, you can find your nearest one here: https://www.ukmail.com/find-a-depot

No guarantees it's actually at your nearest one, I took a chance and it paid off. I took my Driving licence, Passport and a Utility bill, they were interesting in seeing my drivers licence and utility bill.

I am off work for 10 days no but having it deliveried to work. I hope to get it during WWDC week.

Anyone know anywhere to get nice quality straps (not apple) I've seen a few people say they got some different ones and they were decent quality?

I went to my local depot (only 10mins away) but they wouldn't release the package, not even when I showed them my order email and had driving licence, passport and utility bill. They have to actually try and deliver it first before you can collect from depot. Bit bonkers if you ask me :-\

Load of rubbish they have to attempt to deliver it. The guy couldn't be bothered to go and look for it. It'll be at the bottom of a cage with heaps of other parcels. How annoying for you!

I so sorry to hear that, I obviously was lucky and had a nice guy who said no guarantees as it may be at the bottom of a crate, he was gone for 10 minutes and came back with it.

No worries, it was only up the road and I was going that way anyhow to take the dog for a walk. I've waited this long, a few more days won't hurt. I bet I'll be out when they try and deliver on Monday though ;-)
