I was stuck in Kazakhstan for pre-order day which meant by the time the App came live I missed the boat for the Space grey 24th Delivery - grrrr

All are for myself and family. Although as I'm due to go back out to KZ on the 10th May I may be using the Green one myself for a while ;)
 
Ordered 42mm Sports White around 8:03, but never had a confirmation email, and my cc hasn't been charged yet ...

BUT it is now "Preparing for Dispatch" :eek::):cool:

I can only assume what happens is:

- They start scanning the watches into the warehouse when they arrives. At this point we are allocated a watch and charged.
- When the watch is boxed up and ready to be picked up by the courier it changes to "Preparing for Dispatch"
- The courier collects it and it changes to Dispatched.

People who haven't been charged yet shouldn't panic, they can only scan so many watches through at a time. They'll be scanning/boxing all day today and tomorrow then couriers will collect tomorrow night for next day delivery. All is good in the world! :D
 
Just logged into my credit card, no transactions....

Just logged into the Apple Store and my Space Grey Sport with black band is now showing preparing for shipping - woo hoo.

Guess the credit card transaction will go through shortly ?

However the silver with pink band is still showing as processing...(I did order that 30 seconds after the space grey)...

Well at least im not alone, I'd tell you what the Apple rep told me but we all know thats pointless! I just want to know now, if i'm not getting it friday thats fine. But i want to know when im getting it

I picture it as a massive UK warehouse and they need to scan each watch and put the customers address on them individually. That would take time. Everyone calm. Lol

Yeah I ordered a 38mm silver/white sport for my wife and a 42mm grey for myself in one order, but checked the "ship separately" option. hers changed to ready for dispatch yesterday, mine changed this morning.
 
This thread is (currently) showing 96 pages-yesterday it was at 50 and someone said they wondered if we could hit 100 by release day! :D

Exactly my thoughts. I'd say I'm never going to preorder again, but that probably won't happen. ;)
 
42 inch Space Grey Sport order confirmation at 8:03 is now Preparing for Dispatch!!! It just changed in the last hour.
