Finally got my phone today

Ordered it on 7/23
Prepared for Shipment and shipped on 8/7
Delivered on 8/11
Exactly a week earlier than when it was projected to be delivered.

Good luck to everyone who is still waiting on their phone.
 
just placed an order at apple but i'm now cancelling it.

gonna order it from ATT and hopefully get it next week, 2 weeks max it seems.

congratz, this means that my July 25 order will get ready for shipment soon! :D
 
I'm out in Colorado for the weekend and just dropped by the Apple Store in Boulder that is across from my hotel. They didn't have any in stock but the employees actually had to check the inventory when I asked. So that left me with the impression that is not difficult to get them. Was told they get shipments almost by noon. I may roll back in there before I have to split just to see if I can get lucky. :apple:

Just returned from the Apple store in Boulder. Proud owner of a 32GB IP4! :D

For the record, they had both models available and despite the store being pretty busy, there didn't seem to be much of a wait.
 
my iphone is finally being shipped! they didnt even inform me that it was ready for shipment but I don't care anymore, it's only a matter of days before I receive it and I'm super excited :)
 
Ordered on the 26th July. Went from "Not Yet Shipped" straight to "Shipped" at 2200 last night and is out for delivery with UPS in the UK this morning. Estimated shipping date was the 19th Aug and estimated delivery was 26th Aug.

Ordered mine on the 23rd it arrived Thursday Aug 12th. I'm sorry to say I have all the fun issues Proximity sensor driving me crazy. Network reception is bad compared to my 3GS and same with wifi. I have a appointment with Apple today. love the camera though :D hopefully they have a exchange unit in stock!
 
Ok mines got an August 19th ship date hope it ships by monday.something to resume my new college year with :)

I know every1s getting theres a week in advance and not even a prepared for shipping change !.Hope theres a new batch tonight ? where all our orders get shipped :confused:

Wow that is strange. My 27th July order shipped last week, and it is about to be out for delivery today (any minute now). Wonder why yours haven't even shipped yet?

Hmm, then again my shipping dates and delivery dates are quite close together.

Yes I know it's not the 17th, but looking at people's posts here on this thread, it makes me wonder why I haven't received anything yet, seeing as they all seem to be getting theirs a lot earlier. I had at least hoped for a "prepared for shipment". Oh well.

*Update*

I noticed that cancel order was greyed out, so I tried clicking it. It came up with a message saying that it was not able to cancel the order since they have been prepared for shipment.

The status "not yet shipped" hasn't changed.
 
Wow thats uber cool,new way to check orders is to see if cancel order is greyed :p can you also confirm the carrier ? many people are getting quicker shipping then TNT so i guess i still need to wait for a few days.
I just set my order status page as my home page in firefox so everytime it starts i know if there any updates.

Yes, it is TNT, and the phone should get here tomorrow (according to the Estimated Delivery Date).

Can't wait. Now I need to get a microsim, and a microsim cutter.
 
Apple's choosing overnight now ? it took my friend around a week to get his by TNT.

You can cut it yerself have a perfectly working one in the iPad 3G
 
Excellent, just arrived.

My little bro's opening it.

It was shipped yesterday around quarter to six according to the e-mail, and it arrived this morning at 9:32 via TNT.

Thats sweet,as said we should use your order checking method as a new standard :p Because even my cancel order is greyed out now.Hoping for a similar shipped delivery time as you.
