I think it looks best aesthetically with the aluminum design (it matched my MBP!), however, I prefer the 3G S because of the features. What I really want it a 3G S with an aluminum enclosure!

The original design is more industrial while the current design is more elegant. I prefer elegance, but I can see how some people would go for industrial.

Oh yes, the original looks SO much better. The 3G and 3G S⃣ look a bit budget whereas the original looks luxurious.

I thought the original looked better before first seeing and holding the 3G in person, but now I like the 3G and 3GS a lot more. Especially the white one. 🙂

I agree the aluminum was nice, but I never was a huge fan of the two-tone back to be honest. 😀

Aluminum was nice, but much prefer black. I was never a big fan of the two-tone look, and I like the shape of the 3G/3G S (contours better to the hand)
