OS X Yosemite Public Beta Now Available via Mac App Store Redemption Codes

Apparently my code has already been redeemed???

I've signed up numerous times ... still no e-mail

Not sure why

its not an emial ... the redemption code is on the screen and you just click it. it brings you right to the app store and it automatically starts downloading.

Logged in to my Apple account at https://appleseed.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/redemption and was able to download it. Signed up when the sign-ups first began in June, however.

Mine wasn't emailed, but I could download it from the beta website after I signed in with my Apple ID.

I had the same thing happen, code redeemed and then I went into the purchases and it was already downloading.

So I just got my redemption code ... and I entered into the App Store ... and I dont see any indication that Yosemite is downloading. Tried clicking on the Redemption Code again and now it says the code has already been used.

Any idea what giveS?

I'm inclined to wait til 10.11 comes out to upgrade to 10.10.

That way I can just enjoy the fully mature release of it.

I think something like 10.10.1 is already a stable release.

If you haven't gotten your code yet, you can sign in on the Beta program page and manually get your code.

I'm getting an error when it tries to download... 😕😕

A reason why I would love to have a 512gb HDD to facilitate a VM copy of Yosemite, and see how it runs. As my OS X device is primarily a tool to run software, there isn't the rush to jump in pre "1.0"

Looks like apple sent out some bad codes, i just signed in on my moms apple id and got the code like that.

I'd suggest doing a partition for this beta if you only have one Mac for this.
