Otterbox Defender iPhone 4 Case Released

Good to hear! Sprint is giving me the shaft and making me stick with them for another month AFTER my contract is going to expire. Hopefully iPhone 4s will be more plentiful by the time I get one.
 
Based on the stories I read here, this is the case that 98% of the owners should have!

I'd love something like this, but am worried about the bulk it might add to the phone. That's a worry because I carry my iPhone 4 in my front left jeans/pants pocket.

Can anybody who uses a case like this speak to that bulky-ness concern?

Maybe so, but if you work or play outdoors they are golden. Saved my 3GS shot 20 times. Also protect it from rain.

I showed people numerous times how it protects my phone on a 4 foot drop to concrete. Does it job well.

Getting ready to order one for my 4 now.

The case for the 3GS is bulky. I will assume the 4 case is as well. Not really made to be in your pocket, but in the holster. I kept mine in my pocket all the time. It was never a problem for me.
 
hey , new to webiste but i ordered mine about 30 mins ago, well i didnt read the bold red saying other shipping means dont work for the defender, and i overnighted....oops. what do you guys think they will do, cause its already pulled the money
 
Why don't you just carry your iPhone around in it's original box, it would be smaller. Seriously, I have seen 1st generation satellite phones smaller than a iPhone in this case.
 
Depending on what type of work you do this can be a great case. I had it on my 3GS and I wasn't always worried about dropping it or having it outside while I worked. It's not the best looking case but serves it's purpose.
 
damn.. this case would make jonny ive go kill himself :D:D:D:p:p haha.. although it does protect the phone it looks horrendous !

Im loving this case and loved the one on my iPhone 3GS but before i buy it can anyone tell me if it has any flash problems?
 
I think this version of the case actually looks GOOD! compared to the 3GS model, it's downright sexy in my opinion.
 
For clutzy people such as myself, this case is a lifesaver. When I accidentally drop my phone, I won't have to worry about cracks in the glass. When it comes to this phone, there's no such thing as too paranoid.
 
Defender looks sweet, but its just a little hefty to me. I'm deciding between commuter vs. impact. I hope those happen soon. I need real pics. And, also, i need specs and sizes for those 2, and that'll help a lot.
