So, so many to list.....
Let's start with golf. I'm sorry, Southern males, but what is so entertaining about hitting a teeny ball into a hole eighteen times to see who wins?
It's like taking hockey, getting rid of the opposing players, sticks, nets, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, and ice.
Oh man, I so disagree. I've played golf for 7 or 8 years, since before I was a teenager. It is probably the most addicting sport I've ever played (I played soccer and baseball as well). There is nothing more frusterating than trying to hit that damn ball straight and get it in the hole, which is 500 yards away, in 4 or 5 shots or less. I've spent almost half of my life playing, 4 of those years playing 4 times a week and practing the other 3, and I never shot better than 1 under par, it so damn difficult. There are plenty of opposing players when you play competitive golf or when you've got $20 a hole on the line. I'm not even going address the physical activity part, there is far more in golf than most people think, thats why the best golfers resistance train and work out often. I usually come home as tired from 18 holes of golf as I do from 6 innings of baseball. Not to mention the incredible mental aspects of the game and what it takes to win a tournament, even in junior golf.
